Nourishing healthy spirit in a healthy body

2-hour experiential workshop
Our neck and shoulders are deeply connected to how we move, breathe, and handle stress.
When these areas become burdened with tension and strain, it not only affects our comfort but also impacts our emotional well-being, posture, and even our breathing. Over time, it can lead to pain, restricted movement, jaw discomfort, headaches, and even anxiety.
In this 2-hour Feldenkrais workshop, we’ll explore gentle, mindful movements to help you release unnecessary tension, improve your neck and shoulder mobility,
and feel lighter and more comfortable in your body.
During this workshop you will:
-
explore how your neck and shoulders are tightly connected with your entire body organisation and stress patterns
-
learn gentle, effective movements to soften tightness, ease stiffness, and improve mobility
-
experience the relief of freeing your chest, breathing more fully, and feeling lighter in your body

What is Feldenkrais?
Feldenkrais is a method of somatic education and it is all about experiencing.
It uses gentle, mindful movement to calm down your nervous system,
and realign the organisation of your whole body.
As you explore yourself in movement during this Feldenkrais practice, you'll explore and expand your movement capabilities, and start rewiring old habits that might be keeping you stuck in tension. You’ll experience how subtle, simple movements
can lead to profound changes, starting right where you are.
“Movement is life, life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.”
- Moshe Feldenkrais
This workshop is open to anyone, no matter the level of your fitness,
age or physical limitations.
The only prerequisite is for you to be able to lower yourself

of something to lean on.
Just bring on a willingness to explore and listen to your body. 🌿
Limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
"Such a profound experience! The joy of being present and comfortable in my body, the ease of movement, the feeling of being enough..."

Hello! I'm Iryna.
One effect of returning to your body, of exploring it with care and patience, is a rising feeling of spontaneity and unconditional joy. It is not related to the shape of the body. Nor to the physical capabilities. It's feeling good in your own skin, feeling secure. Feeling at home.
At that moment, a desire to move, to dance, to live to the best of your capacity is being born.
